I just loved the Style Print pattern that I tried for the orange theme that I thought I would revisit the other view of that dress (and also in a slightly orange fabric!)

I made up view B in the short sleeve.  Again, I just adore this pattern–both styles are the best!

Here’s a close-up ofthe fabric. I bought it a couple of years ago when I was visiting the states.  I got it at a JoAnn’s in the sale bin.  It’s a mystery fabric though I definitely think it is partly synthetic with the consistency of wool (though it is slightly scratchy–so it may be more wool than not).  It’s a very light pumpkin orange, white and light grey mottled pattern.  Since this week was Thanksgiving in the U.S., I thought it was a perfect pumpkin pie (my favourite) dress!

I just love the buttons too.  I got them from Tasia’s sister when she came to visit (she brought me a pound of vintage buttons as a gift –isn’t that A-MAZING?)

The dress features soft pleats in the skirt and the same bodice as my ‘Midcentury Madness Dress’.  Like the full-skirt version of this dress, I could make 100 versions of this one! Just perfect for work and so comfortable!

Sorry for the indoor shots this week! I completed this dress at the very last moment–on Thanksgiving to be precise!  Hope you had a lovely week!  I’m thankful for all your comments and support!
