Surprise Package from the UK

Yesterday I received the nicest package from the ladies who attended last month's Sew Weekly meetup in London! Not only did they send me sewing notions, but they wrote the most wonderful and personal notes to me! I loved reading each and every one of them and it really took my breath away to know that each of you ladies were able to meet each other because of The Sew Weekly. Thanks so much for brightening my day! You guys are amazing!

Somehow I managed to escape my daughter's attention while I sat on the floor to open all the envelopes. She did however, wander over with one last envelope to go and asked "who are these from?" I told her that they were ladies from my blog who met up in England to talk about sewing. Her response: "Those are really nice ladies to send you such pretty things" (she was also eyeing the butterfly lace Diane sent).

Here's to Diane, Lauren, Kirsty, Rachel, Sofia, Charlotte, Amy, Victoria, Stevie, Charlotte T for being such nice ladies and sending me such pretty things!

And, of course, Debi for sending this out and being our "official" representative from the site!
