Friday Fabric Finds: April 22
Like last week's Friday Fabric Finds, one of the following pieces made it into next week's weekly creation.
I purchased 6 yards of this fabric at the Alameda Vintage Fashion Fair for $30. Even though that's way more than I usually spend, I felt that the print justified the cost.
I've been wanting to make a western shirt and this would be the best accent fabric.
You can never have too much gingham!
I love the texture on this fabric! Even though I wasn't really excited about it when I first saw it, it turned out to be my favorite of the lot.
While I'm not a huge fan of Asian prints, I thought this one was pretty enough to keep in my stash. Who knows if we'll have an Asian-based challenge one week?
A corduroy print that could possibly make a nice shirtdress one day.

Ooh, that paisley print is gorgeous! And the textured one is really cool, never seen anything like it.

You found some really pretty ones ,this week.. Mena.. I just love that you post your finds every Friday. I look so forward, to seeing what you have found this week.. The one that you said, was your favorite [blue, red, white with the little knots]. My traveling lace freind [Cathe], sent me a peice like that..[a shade lighter ,but the same fabric],I was so excited, just loved it.
I already have it cut out and am fixing to make it..So I can post it the 8th or 9th[whenever we are suppose to post..I need to check on that date,ha].
Anyway, great finds..love all of them..Really like the corduroy..
