More With That Yellow Fabric
When Penelope saw me working on my Yellow Rose of Texas dress she naturally assumed that anything made with yellow fabric would become a Belle dress for her. She does get points for being observant.
Once I had finished my dress, I used the leftover fabric and the pattern that I used for her Rapunzel dress to make her own Belle ballgown dress. It was quick and dirty — I didn't line it and the rose is a bit anemic. But it's a play dress and sufficient enough for dancing around to Be Our Guest.

Adorable little dress!
Oh my goodness, that’s DARLING!
I’m always amazed at the speed of your sewing AND how lovely the final design comes out. How do you fit garments so well in so little time?!? And I just watched this movie yesterday and she definitely looks the part!
